Our Founders' Story
From constant reacting to planned decisions.
When your daily routine is purely reactive, the essentials go unnoticed.
That’s exactly what we experienced in practice: IT Procurement, Legal, Business Departments – everyone in firefighting mode. Yet, decisions still had to be made.
The problem: time for proper assessment, strategic planning, and genuine advice was becoming increasingly scarce.
What we noticed
1) Licenses
Market and license changes happen fast – pricing logic, usage rights, metrics, audit risks. Without an overview, management turns into constant catching up.
2) Contracts
Contracts need quick evaluation – but legal capacities are limited. The result: bottlenecks, long loops, and uncertainty.
3) Supplier Portfolio
A forward-looking perspective is often missing: alternatives, risks within the portfolio, strategic options. Without a system, acting proactively is difficult.
From this practical pressure, we created Alice
We developed ALICE to reduce complexity and free up time for decisions – not for more administration.

Detects market and license changes early, visualizes impacts, and helps derive target strategies and measures.
Contracting Module
Accelerates contract evaluation with basic legal feedback and a clear traffic light system: What is uncritical, what needs depth, what must be escalated?
Portfolio Module
Provides an overview of the entire portfolio, highlights alternatives and options, and helps reshape scopes – so teams can design proactively again.

Founder & Product Strategist
Sörens Weg zu ALICE begann lange vor dem Start-up selbst: zuerst in der Selbstständigkeit, geprägt von echter Freude am Unternehmertum, später in einem großen Automotive-OEM in München, wo er die IT von Grund auf durchlief - vom First bis zum Third Level, ergänzt um ITSM, Prozessentwicklung und strategische Themen. Parallel dazu studierte er Wirtschaftsrecht und vertiefte gezielt die Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Recht und Regulatorik. Später modernisierte er bei einem großen öffentlich-rechtlichen Versicherer IT-Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse und begleitete deren strategische Weiterentwicklung. ALICE entstand nicht fernab der Praxis, sondern mitten in ihr - als Antwort auf steigende Komplexität, knappe Zeit und den Bedarf an echter Entlastung.

Full Stack Developer & Reinforcement GenAI Learning Engineer
Armin ist Master-Student an der CAU Kiel und fokussiert sich auf die Kombination aus Generative AI und Reinforcement Learning. Er verbindet wissenschaftliche Tiefe mit einem Builder-Mindset: von Experimenten mit modernen LLM-Architekturen bis zu robusten, produktionsnahen Prototypen. Sein Fokus liegt darauf, aus Forschung spürbaren Mehrwert zu machen - mit Systemen, die nicht nur intelligent antworten, sondern kontinuierlich lernen, sich anpassen und in realen Workflows glänzen.
